With 12 years of private practice under my belt, and experience in various settings, from rehab hospitals to nursing facilities, I can address your needs to overcome your OCD. I’ll use a treatment called Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) during our sessions. ERP is a well-researched and proven therapy that teaches you how to face your fears and not rely on your compulsions. ERP allows me to structure your treatment according to your subtype, so you can receive great personalized care.
Your intrusive thoughts, feelings, and urges may feel real to you, but they are not reflections of who you are. You may feel shame or fear coming into treatment, but I’ll work to make you comfortable so you can feel safe opening up about your recent experiences. I’ll be right there by your side, providing a non-judgemental space so you can make your way through your discomfort. Members share that they find me respectable, patient, and relatable. You’ll also find me to be a good listener. I understand that this is a difficult time for you. Having worked with various dilemmas for many years, I can address whatever you want to share, and together, we’ll get you to a place of greater joy and freedom.
