She/Her
Licensed Therapy, LPCC, LMHC
As a therapist, I am non-judgmental. Our sessions will be very collaborative—we'll start where you are and go from there, depending on what your needs are. When I'm not doing therapy, I love to be outside. My family has a lake house in Michigan that we go to often, and I love to go there with my son and my husband to kayak when we can.

I've struggled with anxiety myself. I like helping people. If I can help people live with OCD, or anything else they're struggling with, that's really rewarding to me.
I come from a long line of family members who are in a helping profession, including social work, therapy, and teaching. And I've always had an interest in mental health, partly because I've seen people close to me struggle with it. That led me to this career. I love seeing people overcome challenges and make progress.

I have also worked in private practice, mainly with women who struggle with generalized anxiety disorder, clients with a traumatic background, and with post-traumatic stress disorder.
In the beginning, it's normal to feel anxious about getting started. The more we meet, the more comfortable you're going to get and the easier sessions will be.
If you're afraid to share your thoughts, just tell me that you're afraid to share something, and we can work through that together over time.
