She/Her
Licensed Therapist, LPC, Ph.D
I take an integrative approach to treating OCD. I like to get to know people through conversation. I'm a doctor of psychology, so members will learn quite a bit of information regarding their mental well-being during our interactions. As a therapist, I understand the importance of self-care. When I'm not working, I like to take long walks, play the piano, sing, and converse with others.

You can do this! OCD therapy is a partnership. As you show up to learn and implement skills, you will have full support and direction along your journey.
I served as an assistant pastor for several years, addressing community concerns related to immigration and navigating other challenging services. While doing this type of work, I realized families needed more specialized care. This sent me in search of further education related to trauma and crisis.
While I was managing a busy private practice, I noticed the OCD population was growing and needed support. Seeking this specialization allowed me to help more people who suffer from intrusive thoughts and related disorders.
Trauma, spiritual integration, and anxiety disorders. The part of my job that I find most gratifying is seeing members recover and regain aspects of their life. My background, experiences, and education assist me in being an empathetic clinician who is in touch with the daily challenges of mental stressors and physical illness.
First and most importantly, you can do this! This treatment will be a partnership. As you show up to learn and implement skills, you will have full support and direction along your journey.
Fear of disclosing personal challenges is normal. You can share as much or as little as you would like to share in your sessions.
