I’ve been specialized in OCD and anxiety disorder treatment for more than 5 years, with most of my experience obtained during my internship at Rogers Behavioral Health. I’ve used multiple types of therapy to help people overcome mental health challenges but I love Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy because it allows me to measure how well you’re doing in our sessions. ERP is evidence-based and works for all OCD subtypes.
Treating people at an outpatient mental health care facility allowed me to learn how to help people overcome many levels of anxiety, in addition to different disorders such as OCD and PTSD. It’s an honor to be a therapist that identifies as Asian-American, as I’ve been able to help many people in the Asian community (as well as other communities) get better through professional, effective therapy. During our time, we’ll take advantage of everything ERP has to offer. I’ve always wanted to help people, and being a specialized OCD therapist allows me to do that. I’ve found that using a calm approach with casual conversations to be quite effective, and no matter what you’re experiencing, be assured that I have heard everything before.
