People with OCD may often be embarrassed and ashamed about what they’re going through. Nobody should spend a lifetime suffering, and to be the one that guides them on their journey to peace and tranquility is one of the greatest gifts I can provide. I’ve been a therapist since 1991, and use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy to treat OCD because it’s proven to work.
OCD affects your quality of life. I’m sure you’ve felt that by now. Mental and physical rituals to relieve anxiety from OCD are temporary solutions. I want to offer you a long-term solution, by teaching you not to rely on your compulsions. It’s challenging and even frightening to think of, but it's the best way to get you out of the grasp of OCD, and we’ll do it together. Members like that I create a judgement-free zone so they can get the most out of their sessions. You’ll be able to share your most honest thoughts, experiences, and feelings with me, because that’s how we can achieve the most progress.
