About

The anxiety and tension levels that OCD can cause are hard to handle. I teach people with OCD that it’s not our thoughts or emotions that cause issues, but rather the reactions to those emotions or thoughts. I can help you by building a strong relationship founded on trust and safety. I’ve heard so many types of intrusive thoughts, and I’ll guide you according to your needs. Past clients have described me as warm and engaging. My clinical skills allow me to understand your challenges, and I’ll often infuse humor to relieve tension. You’ll be seen and heard by me, and by working together, you’ll be able to see a new future for yourself filled with optimism.

Erin is truly the best. At first, I hated having to confront my compulsions and I still do but with Erin's help, it makes it a lot easier. No one I've ever dealt with regarding my OCD was patient or understanding but Erin truly was. Her help has made my day-to-day life so much easier and I am forever grateful of Erin's help.

Erin has been vital to helping our son with his recent OCD diagnosis. She listens thoughtfully and provides tools that really work. Working with her has helped me feel like I can help my son navigate OCD much more effectively. In many ways she has gone above and beyond to help us understand something that can feel very overwhelming. We are so grateful for her ability to connect with our son and her knowledge on the topic.

My therapist thought our session began at 12 pm and not 11:45 am. Other than that, it was great.

Erin Crowley is by far the best therapist I have ever had. Before Erin, I rarely saw a therapist for longer than two or three months at a time. I also felt like many of the therapist I've worked with have just seen me as "another patient." That has never even the case with Erin. Erin has treated me with absolute kindness, paid close attention to my needs, and has guided me through many difficulties. When I came to Erin, over a year ago now, I could barely speak to others because of my OCD. I couldn't let anyone in my car or talk to people one-on-one for fear of being triggered. Today, I have a thriving social life and have navigated through law school with a lot more grace than I could have without her help. I highly recommend her.

Erin is very helpful with creating and conducting thoughtful erps. Her guidance is both supportive and therapeutic - she doesn't let you worm your way out of exposures, instead, she helps you push past the fears and anxiety.

Erin makes me feel very comfortable when talking to her, and I don't feel judged for anything I bring up to discuss. She is very accommodating and understands that healing is not just a linear process. She is also very open to discussing my well-being outside of my OCD, and is always providing me with resources to better help myself. I feel safe when talking to Erin and we connect very well.

My sessions are going well. The SUDS still feels a bit awkward for me, but that is bc ODC is so ingrained into my life.
