She/Her
Licensed Therapist, LPC, LPCC, NCC
I use a very personal approach to therapy, which involves warmth and humor. I become genuinely excited for my members and help them celebrate their success. I find it important to challenge my members, but also respect their boundaries and where they are on their journey.

I have always been drawn to fields where I could help people and it felt like a very natural fit. I’ve always been excited about helping people to realize their own potential and live their best lives.
In my first job, I worked with OCD with no prior experience. Learning on the job, I became passionate about doing ERP, because it works. My favorite part of the job is seeing people continually take on challenges that they never thought that they would be able to do and take back their lives. ERP really does change lives, and I’m so grateful to be a part of that journey with people. Once I started working with OCD, I never stopped.
I also specialize in anxiety disorders and helping LGBTQ+ populations. Anxiety and OCD often go hand in hand. I find that knowing how to approach both can be helpful with helping the person as a whole. Additionally, being informed about LGBTQ+ issues can help with creating a safe space for personal disclosure and support.
ERP is really hard work, but it is some of the most meaningful and worthwhile work that you can do. I will be there to support you every step of the way through live sessions and messaging. You’re not alone in this process. NOCD will give you access to a whole community of people who are just like you and living with OCD.
I understand that it is hard for people to share their thoughts, especially if these are not thoughts that they have ever shared before. I can assure you that intrusive thoughts are normal. You can expect me to respond with compassion and understanding when you do choose to share. I appreciate when people take on that challenge and trust me with their thoughts.
