She/Her
Licensed Therapist, LISW
As a therapist, my approach is centered on you. I will let you lead: you decide where you want to go and how you want to approach treatment. No two individuals are alike. Everybody has their own experience, and that needs to be honored. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, hiking, reading and doing beadwork. I'm trying to practice more self care, just like I encourage my members to do.

Therapy can be challenging at times, but you can rise to the occasion. Believe in yourself. Be ready to challenge yourself. Remember that it's a process. I will walk through the journey with you.
I've always wanted to help people. My parents were in the helping field themselves, and I've always been driven to work with individuals in whatever way I could.
I have family members who have OCD. Once I got into this work, I realized how many people have OCD that underlies other conditions. I have a personal drive to understand it a little bit more, and to reach as many people as I can.
My main background is working with people with disabilities, including autism and developmental disabilities, along with serious mental illnesses like depression and schizophrenia.
Therapy can be challenging at times, but you can rise to the occasion. Believe in yourself. This is a self-paced environment, but be ready to challenge yourself. Sitting with uncertainty and anxiety is difficult, and it's common to feel afraid that you can't do it. But you can. Therapy is about challenging yourself and remembering that it's a process. I will walk through this journey with you.
That's normal and to be expected. However, I can only help you as much as you’re willing to share. I'm patient, and I believe that things are brought to the surface when they need to be. The process requires patience. Things will happen in time as they're ready to come out.
