She/Her
Licensed Therapist, MA, LPC
As a therapist, I'm very direct, but also open, empathetic and patient. I look forward to working together with you to ease your struggles and make your life a lot better. In my spare time, I enjoy watching movies and spending time with my son, who's eight. I love to get outdoors and go for hikes. I think exercise is really important for reducing stress and supporting mental health.

You’ve come to the right place. Things are going to be alright. In the beginning, things may get worse before they get better. But with ERP therapy, you're likely to see quicker results than anything you've ever tried before.
My father used to drink a lot. He went to get treatment for substance use. Seeing all the ways that can affect a family, I realized I wanted to help others in the same situation. I got my bachelor's degree in social work and then a master's degree in counseling.
I have worked with substance use, depression and bipolar disorder, all of it in an intensive outpatient program. I've pivoted my career to specializing in OCD. I think it's wonderful to be able to focus in one underserved area and enable people to get the help they need.
I've worked with depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and borderline personality disorder in the context of a psychosocial education rehabilitation program. I worked with people on a daily basis to develop skills so they can lead a more independent life and get back into the game.
That you’ve come to the right place, and that things are going to be alright. In the beginning, things may feel worse before they get better. But with ERP, you're going to see quicker results than anything you've ever tried, and it's more effective for OCD than any other form of therapy.
First, let's get to know each other a little better. That will help you feel more comfortable. I might provide examples of something I have struggled with, or examples of obsessions or intrusive thoughts that others have dealt with to make those thoughts seem less taboo or difficult to discuss.
