She/Her
LCSW
I am a compassionate and honest therapist. I'm going to help you do the work, but you have to really do the work. I like to focus on action: How can we utilize skills in different parts of our lives to bring relief? Outside of work, I'm a new mom, and I enjoy reading in my leisure time.

As your therapist, I'm going to walk alongside you. To see change, we have to keep moving forward. We have to keep putting one foot in front of the other. Always remember that even the smallest step can bring change.
I want to help people who are struggling emotionally, who went through past traumas, who in their current situation feel like there is no way out. Right now you may be struggling, you may feel like life is not worth living, but there is help. There are people who can support you and help you move forward.
I previously worked with eating disorders, and I saw a lot of co-occurring OCD that typically was undiagnosed. I wanted to understand the intricacies of OCD and help people move forward, understand what's happening to them, how to manage it, and how to live the best life they want for themselves.
I've treated major depressive disorder, OCD, bipolar, mood disorders, conduct disorders, and schizophrenia. I've worked with many individuals who have PTSD or have experienced trauma. I've also worked with individuals in the foster care system.
Know that by reaching out for support, you've taken the hardest step. You've started taking action already. As your therapist, I'm going to walk alongside you. It's important to know that in order to see change, we have to keep moving forward. We have to keep putting one foot in front of the other. Always remember that even the smallest step can bring change and keep us moving in the right direction.
I understand that sometimes it's scary to tell people everything about yourself. As your therapist, I will do my best to support you and help you communicate directly. This is a safe environment. When you're ready, I'll be here to listen.
