She/Her
Licensed Therapist, LCSW
As a therapist, I always come from a place of non-judgment and empathy. I try to fully understand the person I'm working with. I believe that education is important; when people understand the different facets of what they're experiencing, they can tackle it better. Outside of work, I'm a bit of a gamer. I love to play tabletop games like D&D, online games like MMOs and survival games. I also love taking hikes and playing with my dog.

You're not going to be judged here, and you're going to be supported. You will have someone here to walk with you throughout. And the end goal is, you won't need this forever—you'll be able to manage OCD on your own.
I've always had a passion for helping people. Since I was a child, I've always stood up for the underdog and tried to live with compassion and empathy—learning where people are coming from and meeting them where they're at. That drove me into my career as a therapist.
Anxiety is such a pervasive thing in our society, OCD in particular. It impacts so many people. I believe that people with OCD could use extra support and help. It hits my heart.
Anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, and addiction with intrusive thoughts. I worked for some time as a social worker, in government, in community mental health, and as a therapist for children and family.
Everyone's experience is going to be unique. But the one thing I can say across the board is, you're not going to be judged here, and you're going to be supported. You will have someone here to walk with you throughout. And the end goal is, you won't need this forever—you'll be able to manage OCD on your own.
Know that you don't have to rush. You don't have to spill the beans in our first session. We can take some time getting to know each other and building trust. I will start from a place of non-judgment and empathy, and I will do what I can to earn your trust. We can also explore your fear in a clinical way: Where does that fear come from? How does it impact your life in places outside of therapy?
