She/Her
Licensed Therapist, LMHC, NCC
I am an empathic therapist who pushes individuals to do hard things. ERP therapy entails doing things we often think were impossible. I work with members to reach goals we set collaboratively in a step-by-step process. A little bit about me: I am a Florida transplant and I am here for the beaches, Disney, and sunshine. I have three dogs who I love discovering new trails and springs with.

OCD therapy is hard—but you can do hard things! You are already doing the harder thing by living with the shackles of OCD. Let’s reclaim your life.
For as long as I can remember, I have been passionate about helping people. When I was eight years old, I remember begging my mother to let me start an advice column in the local newspaper. She did not, but that didn't stop me from listening to my friends and helping them solve their problems. I knew I wanted to turn that into a career. Although therapists aren’t advice-givers, I love being a sounding board for individuals and helping them live their best lives—lives they oftentimes never thought they could live. I am passionate about helping people achieve the possible.
ERP therapy is so rewarding, not only to the individual receiving the therapy but also to the therapist. Watching individuals come into therapy feeling trapped by their thoughts, then leave with freedom they never thought they would have, is absolutely incredible!
I've worked with individuals who have anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, personality disorders, psychotic disorders, phobias, and other mood disorders. I have worked with children from age six to adults and seniors. I have worked in group settings, within the family system, and individually. I also have experience working with incarcerated individuals.
Know this is hard—and you can do hard things! You are already doing the harder thing by living with the shackles of OCD. Let’s reclaim your life.
Members often find it difficult to share sensitive information with me. You know what? That is completely OK. I will work with you to reach your goals while respecting your autonomy and privacy. I only ask that you be honest with me.
