I have a strong desire to help others live their best lives. I have a real affinity for anxiety disorders, because I know how badly anxiety can impact a person.

OCD is a fascinating disorder that tends to attack people’s brains in a very strange way.

I focus on generalized anxiety disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, and depression. These tend to be the most common issues for people seeking mental health treatment. My desire to help others led me to get trained in managing these disorders.

It's a lot of work. It's hard work. It's GOOD work. You may experience increased discomfort before your symptoms start to get better. But that's typical in nearly every form of mental health therapy.

Be honest with me about it. I completely understand not trusting others, especially when you feel like you can't trust your own brain.
