She/Her
Licensed Therapist, LCSW
My approach to treating OCD is gentle, nurturing, guiding, and redirecting. Outside of work, I love hot yoga, sunset chasing, playing with my corgi, and growing my indoor jungle (a.k.a. my plants).

ERP essentially is short-term distress for lifelong change.
My passion has always been to help others. Growing up, I was always the therapist friend who enjoyed listening and supporting. My personality and social skills make me a natural and authentic therapist. Additionally, I’ve always struggled with my own mental health. I’ve gone to multiple therapists in the past and have been able to experience what it’s like being in the member’s shoes. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with my first therapist. Since then, I’ve always strived to be an ethical and competent therapist and ensure a supportive and nurturing environment.
I decided to specialize in OCD because of someone I was treating for anxiety and OCD. Although we were making some progress with their anxiety, it wasn’t their main issue. This fueled my curiosity to expand my knowledge of OCD.
I also specialize in treating anxiety, depression, bipolar, parent-child interaction therapy, attachment disorders, and trauma.
Be prepared to be challenged to face your fears and triggers in a safe space. We will collaborate to determine how we will approach your treatment, but the overall goal is to be able to tolerate uncertainty. Try to remember that ERP essentially is short-term distress for lifelong change.
I understand some things may feel scary or embarrassing to bring up in therapy. I encourage you to express any hesitancy in bringing something up, so I can reassure you this is a safe and non-judgmental space.
