Licensed Therapist, MS, LMFT
My approach to treating OCD is to meet you where you are and collaborate to create appropriate exposures while challenging you to continue moving forward. I understand that each person is unique and makes every effort to create individualized treatment plans. I provide empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, baking, playing with my dog, and spending time with my family.

I understand how distressing OCD symptoms can be. My approach is to look at your overall well-being.
I realized I wanted to be a therapist when I was working my first job. I saw that people were hurting and I wanted to help. This led me into the field of psychology and becoming a therapist.
OCD has always been an interest of mine. I thought it would be a good idea to focus on something I am passionate about. I made the decision to specialize in OCD when I started focusing on anxiety and intrusive thoughts.
Anxiety is one of my other areas of focus but I also work with couples, families, women’s issues, life transitions, and depression.
You should know that it’s hard work but it’s worth it in the end.
Tell me you are afraid to share your thoughts. We can work together to help you get to the point where you are able to share them.
