She/Her
Licensed Therapist, MS, LCMHC
My approach to treating OCD is evidence-based and effective. Exposure and response prevention therapy is a type of cognitive behavioral therapy that was developed to treat those who have been diagnosed with OCD and has yielded life-changing results. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family doing fun activities and traveling.

If you've been having thoughts that cause you to dislike yourself—or you've been behaving in a manner that you consider out of the norm—you no longer need to suffer in silence.
My passion and motivation are helping individuals better manage the adverse symptoms of their diagnoses by fostering development that promotes a better quality of life. A great quote by the legendary Maya Angelou summarized the difference between simply existing and really living. She stated, “The best part of life is not just surviving, but thriving with passion and compassion and humor and style and generosity and kindness.” I enjoy helping to enhance the areas in life that matter the most to others.
OCD initially was an area of curiosity for me, and it turned into an area of interest. I wanted to expand my knowledge of OCD so I could support individuals in need.
I have more than 12 years of experience working with individuals who have various mental health needs. Much of my experience has been with individuals who have been diagnosed with anxiety and/or depression.
