About

I meet people where they are, teaching them the skills to overcome their personal challenges, gradually pushing them outside their comfort zones so they can live their best lives without the burden of their OCD symptoms. Outside of work, I love concerts, professional sporting events (hockey, baseball, and football, all within a quick drive), museums, trivia games, card and board games, beaches, parks, dog-friendly everything (my pooch is my bestie), yoga, reading, and all kinds of festivals and fairs.

Get to know Meaghan Campbell

I've always loved helping people. I initially wanted to do that by becoming a veterinarian. After taking my first psychology course in high school, I realized I could help people more directly through mental health counseling, and I've been loving the switch ever since. I love empowering people and watching them grow to the point where they no longer need my assistance.

OCD is such a potentially debilitating disorder and has the tendency to make lives difficult. I've experienced my own intrusive and obsessive thoughts, to the point of feeling stuck. I know how awful it can feel. Using my skill sets and aptitude for challenges, I wanted to empower others to become “unstuck” and live the lives they want.

I have a variety of specialties including trauma, anxiety, depression, thought disorders, spectrum disorders, parenting, major life changes, and anger management.

You're safe with a caring therapist who wants to be the best possible tool for your overall mental health. I will compassionately encourage you to confront your fears with my support and never let your fears get the best of you.

My goal is for you to feel comfortable discussing anything with me. There is no such thing as TMI, and you're in a completely judgment-free zone.

I feel Meaghan is having me do things that I know will challenge me but in the way I need to be challenged to improve and learn to cope. She has been really helpful so far and I am glad I found her.
