Licensed Therapist, MSW, LCSW
My approach to treating OCD is very collaborative. ERP is the proven treatment modality we will be using. Ideally, the treatment process will be you and I working together as a team. I want you to feel comfortable offering feedback and joining me in brainstorming exercises to decrease the impact OCD is having on your life. In my free time, I love to read, go on walks with my dog, and spend time with my family.

You are not alone and will be supported throughout this process. I am so happy you're here.
I love being able to watch people reach their full potential and become empowered to use their personal strengths to aid them in healing.
I decided to specialize in OCD because of how many people it affects worldwide. I also wanted to work with OCD because of how responsive to treatment it is with the right treatment protocol.
Aside from OCD, I like to focus on working with people who deal with depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I take great interest in working with people who are able to harness their own strengths and potential in the right supportive environment.
If you're apprehensive about starting therapy, I want you to know that it's completely normal to feel that way. It's a big step to reach out for help and begin your healing journey. You are not alone and will be supported throughout this process. I am so happy you're here.
It's very important to me to create a non-judgmental therapy environment. I want you to feel comfortable sharing your experiences with me. I know trust is so important. I want you to know that you're able to share and go at your own pace.
