Licensed Therapist, MA, LPCC
First and foremost, it's important to me that you feel heard. Not only is feeling heard the cornerstone of building a trusting therapeutic relationship, I also believe that healing happens when a person feels like someone really 'gets it'. Outside of work, one of my favorite things to do is spend time with my dogs. They keep things interesting and fun (although chaotic at times). I believe the best life is life with a dog.

As a therapist who also has OCD, I understand that it can be scary. I will meet you where you are.
I've always wanted to be a therapist, as far back as I can remember—before I even had a name for it! I enjoy helping and teaching others; as a therapist, I've learned that knowledge truly is power. My outgoing personality helps me engage well with others, and I enjoy meeting new people. Being a therapist allows me to do just that.
