Get to know Krystal Wurm

I have been diagnosed with OCD, and I understand intrusive thoughts and the compulsions that can follow.

I understand the visceral experience of working through OCD symptoms as they come, and allowing others to help. It's essential to see a therapist who truly understands OCD.

In addition to working in private practice for the past few years, I have previously worked with low income communities and marginalized families providing therapy.

Once you learn how to reduce and stop engaging in compulsive activities, you'll learn how to tolerate anxiety, distress, and discomfort better and reduce obsessions and intrusive thoughts.

Before starting treatment, it's important to ask yourself the question, “Is it possible to get better?” I accept you as who you are and realize that you are not your OCD. As disruptive as OCD can be, we can help you find the best possible version of yourself. I'm here to help you obtain a better quality of life.
