About

I am a compassionate and non-judgmental therapist. Your treatment will be individualized, based on your diagnosis and personal goals. There is no rush or specific time frame. We will go at your pace. You may have to do things that are “uncomfortable” as part of treatment, but never anything you don't agree with. Outside of work, I enjoy kayaking, biking, checking out new restaurants, and hanging out with my fur babies. A fun fact about me: I'm a Zillow junkie. I love looking at homes all over the U.S. in my free time.

Get to know Tricia Morris

I suffered from severe depression growing up and wished I had someone to talk to. I took a psychology course in high school, where I was part of a peer therapy team for elementary school students. That sealed the deal for me; I knew this was the path I wanted to take.

I've always been drawn to finding solutions for overwhelming life struggles and challenges such as OCD.

Depression, bipolar, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and addiction. I've personally had mental health challenges; so have people close to me. These are common issues many people face, and we shouldn't be embarrassed to admit or talk about them.

NOCD therapy is not your typical talk therapy. ERP is more of an 'in-the-moment' treatment.

Starting therapy can be scary. Remember that I'm here for you. We can spend some time getting to know each other. You can start by sharing things that are easier to talk about, working up to the more difficult ones.

NOCD therapists are trained by our world-renowned clinical leadership team.
