I have a passion for helping people understand themselves and the world, and how they can experience both in ways that honor their mind, body, and spirit. That's why I became a therapist.

I decided to specialize in OCD treatment because many people need help navigating OCD, and not enough therapists fully understand how to serve this population.

I also support members with phobias and generalized anxiety. I focus on race and identity.
