I wanted to help people sort through their thoughts and emotions. The most gratifying part of my job is seeing a member grow and make significant changes in their lives that allow them to explore a life they never knew existed.

I've always been interested in anxiety disorders, especially because of my family history, and I wanted to focus on one area of mental health.

Anxiety disorders, trauma, and mood disorders. These are the most common mental health disorders people experience. Many people have a dual diagnosis, so knowing how to treat people in areas besides OCD gives them the chance to work on other issues.

I'm open to working on whatever your needs are. I look forward to working with you to help you meet your mental health goals in a safe and comfortable environment.
