I have several family members who've struggled with a variety of mental health issues. I was negatively impacted by the resulting trauma. I wanted to learn how to help others so they wouldn't have the struggles I and my family members have had.

I've struggled with OCD in the past. I want to see others find freedom from its potentially debilitating effects.

Depression, anxiety, substance abuse and addiction, ADHD, and some trauma-related diagnoses.

It will be a journey of discovery that will take time. We will work together, learn together, and grow together to achieve the desired results. ERP can be a challenging treatment, but it is effective and gets results.

Please be open and transparent. Share your fears. Know that you won't be pressured to talk about things you're not ready to discuss. Hopefully, over time, we'll develop trust that will allow you to share whatever is necessary to achieve your desired outcomes.
