Licensed Therapist, ED, LPC
My approach to treating OCD includes allowing you to disclose your obsessions and compulsions, putting them in a hierarchy, and beginning to work on them using exposure response prevention (ERP), cautiously. During my free time, I love being with my husband and son. I like to shop, read, do puzzles, and just relax at home.

Anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I wanted to focus on these areas based on life experiences and seeing that others needed quality mental health care. Focusing in these areas allows me to be more empathic, caring, and provide more unconditional positive regard.
Treatment requires exposure to the things you're struggling most with. ERP is very effective. It can reduce compulsions and sometimes eliminate them.
