About

Having knowledge in various aspects of mental health and issues that present in addition to OCD gives me a unique perspective and advantage in treating the whole person. My mission is to increase everyone’s access to care. Every moment I have outside of work, I spend with my adventurous, active boys, our two dogs, and my husband. Our family is always on the go, traveling, exploring, and getting outdoors. I also love anything that involves music or writing.

Get to know Briana Soucy

I had a tough childhood filled with grief and trauma, which led me to develop OCD and anxiety. I suffered in silence for a long time, because I lacked access to resources such as trained therapists. I made a commitment to myself and the community to ensure no one has to suffer in silence and feel alone with OCD. I want to be an example of what healing can look like.

OCD Is personal to me. Not only have I suffered from OCD, but my eldest son is struggling with OCD. I specialize to help myself, my son, and others who feel controlled by this disorder. I want to show how therapy can be freeing and healing. You can be in control of your life.

In addition to OCD, I focus on treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, and behavioral disorders. These issues are prevalent, and there aren't enough providers to treat them. My mission is to increase everyone’s access to care.

The process of healing from OCD can be uncomfortable and difficult. But having OCD is uncomfortable and difficult, which means you're capable of doing difficult things. You have the power to step outside OCD and take control of your life. We can do this together through NOCD Therapy.

Remember: The more you share with me, the more I can help you. Therapy is a safe, non-judgemental space where you should feel safe and empowered to share anything and everything that you are feeling. My only goal is to help you overcome the challenges of OCD and live the life you truly want to live.
