About

My approach to treating OCD uses evidence-based therapies such as ERP to help individuals with their unique needs and challenges. It's a collaborative process between therapist and member. Outside of work, I love being active at the gym or outdoors. In the winter, I enjoy snowshoeing, and in the summer, you can find me paddleboarding or hiking in the mountains. I also enjoy spending time with my dog.

Get to know Jessica Gill

My commitment to this field stems from volunteering at a drop-in center for women, where I witnessed the transformative power of providing a safe space for individuals to be heard.

I recognized a gap in the support available for individuals struggling. OCD is often misunderstood or misrepresented in pop culture, leading to stigma, which prevents individuals from getting the help they want and need.

Substance use, anxiety, stress, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, couples, intergenerational trauma, confidence/self-esteem, burnout, self-compassion, fatigue, body image, ADHD, anger, suicidal ideation, self-harm, parenting and concussions.

Creating change is a process. Both therapist and member need to commit. Together, we'll work toward your goals. It might initially be difficult and bring up a lot of feelings, but that can help in the long run.

Build trust with your therapist. This relationship is an important part of therapy.
