I struggled with depression and anxiety during my college years. I have gotten better by going to therapy. Now I'd like to help others who are going through similar struggles.
I'd like to work with a different population and develop new clinical skills.
Parenting education, relationship issues, communication issues, healthy boundaries, and attachment/childhood trauma. I believe these are essential things to work on to improve interpersonal relationships and create a positive self-image.
