Licensed Therapist, MSW, LCSW

About

I take a person-centered, empowering and encouraging approach to OCD therapy. Individuals struggling with OCD need education on how OCD works and need to feel heard and seen. When I'm not doing therapy, I like to paint (water paint, specifically), take photographs, spend time in nature, and do strength training.

Get to know Kimberly Torres

What made me want to become a therapist was wanting to help people in their most vulnerable state of being.

I decided to specialize in OCD because I personally struggled with OCD, and I want to help people find relief, knowledge, and empowerment like I did.

Anxiety and trauma. I realized that my clients were struggling with anxiety and trauma and I wanted to find more ways to help relieve the symptoms and the pain.

I'm glad you're here, and I'm excited to work together with you. We got this!

I want you to share your thoughts when you feel safe. I am here to listen, not to judge. You are safe here.
