I grew up in a culture with a strong taboo about mental health but many behavioral health needs. I spent more than a decade in social work, which highlighted the dire need to help people overcome their difficulties. I've always appreciated the strengths of each individual. Difficulties, hurt, and trauma can really push down those strengths. It's highly rewarding to be with people as they work to improve the quality of their lives. I believe we all deserve to live happier lives. That drives me as a therapist.

OCD is highly misunderstood. So many people struggle for many years before getting help. I decided to specialize in OCD because I can tailor customized treatment plans and implement a modality that is very effective.

I have a lot of experience in working with children and families. I'm knowledgeable in suicide prevention and crisis intervention.

Any change can feel scary. But rest assured, this is for a happier and healthier you. You won't navigate these changes alone, and I will collaborate with you as you meet your goals. All the hard work will pay off.
