Historically, my culture didn't foster an appreciation for mental health; it wasn't considered valuable. When my close childhood friend began to show signs of bipolar disorder, I felt helpless because no one around me knew what was happening. I vowed never to let anyone I knew suffer because of mental health. I've dedicated my life to studying and becoming knowledgeable about preventative and maintenance-based modalities of mental illness.

I've seen OCD misdiagnosed multiple times, exacerbating individuals' symptoms because they're not being listened to.

Childhood trauma, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, depression, anxiety, anger management, substance abuse, and family and relationship counseling.
