About

As your OCD therapist, I'll build rapport with you, learn as much as I can about your symptoms, then come up with a treatment plan. Outside of work, I'm the mom of a 9-year-old. She is my pride and joy. I love hanging out with my daughter, going to the movies with her, shopping, and hosting parties for her friends. My hobbies are traveling, hanging out with friends and family, and going to game nights.

My own mental health journey. My heart becomes full when my members report a decrease in their symptoms. My goal is to make the therapeutic experience feel safe and welcoming, while providing positive encouragement that will help you find your own solutions for your goals.

I have a close friend I suspect has OCD. I see how much he struggles; he's unable to live his life to its highest potential because of fears. In private practice, I saw people with OCD diagnoses, so I decided to read up on ERP. It really grabbed my attention, and I wanted to specialize more in it.

My areas of expertise include mood disorders, relationship problems, trauma, grief and loss, substance abuse, self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. I've worked in psychiatric hospitals and prisons.

It's intense therapy, but it is the gold standard. If you do the work, it works!

Let's talk about it. We can work on building more rapport.
