First and foremost, I like to stay curious. I want to learn about you and your obsessions and compulsions. We will start slow. There isn't any pressure to get things right the first time; we can take things as slow as you're willing to push yourself. When I'm not working, I'm most likely reading. I also enjoy going to the gym, hiking, spending time with my animals, and playing the occasional video game.

I want to help others and am fascinated by the way the human brain works. I love being able to support someone going through a difficult time and enjoy watching them overcome their challenges.
I have OCD but have not been especially symptomatic for several years. I'm hoping to support others in achieving that same accomplishment.

ERP is hard work and can be scary. But if you commit to working through the uncomfortable feelings, living life outside of your head is a beautiful thing.
If you're afraid to share your thoughts with me, be as transparent as you possibly can. It's OK to say, 'I'm experiencing intrusive thoughts but am afraid to share them with you.' We can work through that, but it would be difficult to work through if I don't know at all.
