It's always been my goal to work with anxiety cases, and over time, I've been dealing more specifically with people who have OCD. I have dealt with my own OCD battle, so I know what your anxiety feels like. I've been using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy for several years now with excellent results. I love how ERP is concrete and transparent and gives you tools that you can practice daily, if necessary.
Even though I have my own experience with OCD, I want to hear your story and take the time to understand how OCD is affecting your life. OCD requires a tremendous amount of energy to deal with, leaving you to feel isolated and debilitated, which makes it even more challenging to deal with the stress. Whatever intrusive thoughts, feelings, or urges you're having, I can show you how to deal with them head-on with the goal that yes, you can put your OCD troubles behind you.
